Q. How can I track my order?

A. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.

Q. How long will it take to get my orders?

A. It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Q. How much is the shipping fee?

A. The shipping fee is estimated by the weight of your order and it will be charge at the check out step.

Q. Will there be customs and duty?

A. Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when the shipment reaches your country.

A. No cancellation of an order is accepted once the order is completed.
